The substantial internal and external refurbishment of Chaucer House, The Birchwood Building, Surrey.
The works comprise of:
- High specification Cat A/B fit out over two floors (approximately 4,000 sq metres)
- Fit out of reception and common areas
- Installation of a feature structural staircase linking the two floors
- Enhancement of the external elevations
- Installation of a new front and rear façade
- Installation of new door sets
- Reconfiguration of the common parts
- Replacement of the lift and stair sets
- New MEPH equipment to all areas
- Installation of state of the art Mitsubishi hybrid air cooling systems
- All new internal fabric finishes
- Full decoration works and typical works to the hard standings
- External landscaping to include terraces, lawn and feature Birchwood trees
