The 12,143 sq ft commercial refurbishment and Cat A fit out of a purpose-built office building for clients M&G Real Estate.
The project comprised of the strip out of two floors within a partially occupied office building and the high-quality Cat A fit out of the space, together with new services and M&E adaptions, raised access flooring, new suspended ceiling and decorations throughout. The communal areas and adjacent toilets were also refurbished to a high standard.
Further to the above, the works also included the Cat B refurbishment of the main reception area, featuring a new bespoke reception desk and feature ceiling. This involved some structural alterations consisting of floor infills, block work walls and the installation of a timber-based flat roof to extend the main entrance out and form a new meet and greet lobby area.
The new entrance features a striking timber ceiling, new flooring, style lighting and modern decorations throughout, creating a great first impression when you enter the building.
Some external alterations were also made to the pavements and the lay-by.
