Listed Building Refurbishment
Faithdean carried out the extensive refurbishment of an impressive Grade II listed building at 42 New Broad Street, London.
The project comprised of the complete strip out of all 7 floors, including the roof and plant room. The building was then fit out to form open plan Category A office space, with the installation of all new M&E services throughout. Faithdean also conducted a comprehensive overhaul of the common areas and the Category B fit out of the reception.
The works also involved minor structural works to the ground floor reception area. Our team reconfigured and opened up the space in preparation for a new lift that will service the building.
