Oakdean Construction was formed in September 2015. This new and exciting company undertakes a range of Design & Build projects, specialising in new build and large multi-unit developments within the commercial and residential sectors.
ISO recertification granted for all three ISOs for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. The results reveal that no major, minor, or non-conformances were raised. A proud moment for Faithdean!
In 2013, Tony Groves was appointed as Managing Director. His wealth of knowledge and passion for excellence has been instrumental in developing our position in this competitive market.
Rob Davie first joined the company in 1996 and was appointed as director of estimating in 2010 and a board director in 2014.
Chris South, is David South's son. He joined the family business in 1999 and was appointed director in 2010.
Steve Hodges joined the company in 1993 and was appointed director in 2010.
Due to the steady growth in the marketplace, Faithdean acquired new offices at 44-48 Borough High Street, London in 2010. The office is located next to London Bridge Underground Station and has excellent city links.
Andrew Fraser joined the company in 1989 and was appointed director in 2007.

Tony Groves joined the company in 1997 and was appointed director in 2007.
Martin Britton was appointed as a new director in 2002, but left the company in 2008 due to retirement.
Broadland Construction & Interiors was formed in 1997. They specialise in bespoke residential refurbishments including conservation work for owner occupiers throughout London and the East Anglia region.
Robert Lynch was appointed as a new director in 1994, but left the company in 2013 due to retirement.
Faithdean Plc celebrates its 25th Silver Anniversary.
In 1991 Steve Luck, Andrew Doughty and Jonathan New were appointed as board directors. Together with David South, they helped to establish and grow the company to what it is today. All have retired now, except David, who continues to lead the Group.
Due to the company's steady and continued growth, Faithdean acquired its very own offices at The Oaks, Chatham, Kent. The office is excellently positioned and has great road links to the M2, London and Kent. This is now our head office location.
Faithdean was formed in 1977 by David South, MBE. Starting from humble beginnings, the company initially operated out of shared offices with Stephen Hill Partnership at Watling St, Gillingham, employing just a handful of people.
