RECERTIFICATION OF ISO 9001, 14001 AND MIGRATION FROM OHAS 18001 TO ISO 45001

Following the most comprehensive audit Faithdean has ever been subject to, we are proud to announce that we have now completed our recertification of ISO 9001, 14001 and have migrated from OHAS18001 to ISO 45001.

Faithdean MEP

We are proud to announce our new service offering, Faithdean MEP. Led by Jonathan Nicholls, this new service allows us to manage the MEP elements of our projects in-house, providing a smooth and integrated service for our clients

Faithdean Rail Division Launched

Led by Jason Connor, Faithdean launches its new service offering 'Faithdean Rail Division' focusing on construction and refurbishment works servicing the UK's Rail Industry.

New ISO Standards Achieved

Faithdean achieves a seamless transition to the new ISO standards for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Another proud moment for Faithdean!

New Subsidiary Company - Oakdean Construction

Oakdean Construction was formed in September 2015. This new and exciting company undertakes a range of Design & Build projects, specialising in new build and large multi-unit developments within the commercial and residential sectors.

ISO Recertification granted

ISO recertification granted for all three ISOs for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. The results reveal that no major, minor, or non-conformances were raised. A proud moment for Faithdean!

2010

Rob Davie - New Director Appointed

Rob Davie first joined the company in 1996 and was appointed as director of estimating in 2010 and a board director in 2014.

Chris South - New Director Appointed

Chris South, is David South's son. He joined the family business in 1999 and was appointed director in 2010.

Steve Hodges - New Director Appointed

Steve Hodges joined the company in 1993 and was appointed director in 2010.

London Office Acquired

Due to the steady growth in the marketplace, Faithdean acquired new offices at 44-48 Borough High Street, London in 2010. The office is located next to London Bridge Underground Station and has excellent city links.

Andrew Fraser - New Director Appointed

Andrew Fraser joined the company in 1989 and was appointed director in 2007.

Tony Groves - New Director Appointed

Tony Groves joined the company in 1997 and was appointed director in 2007.

2002

Martin Britton - New Director Appointed

Martin Britton was appointed as a new director in 2002, but left the company in 2008 due to retirement.

1997

New Subsidiary Company - Broadland Construction & Interiors

Broadland Construction & Interiors was formed in 1997. They specialise in bespoke residential refurbishments including conservation work for owner occupiers throughout London and the East Anglia region.

1994

Robert Lynch - New Director Appointed

Robert Lynch was appointed as a new director in 1994, but left the company in 2013 due to retirement.

1991

First Directors Appointed

In 1991 Steve Luck, Andrew Doughty and Jonathan New were appointed as board directors. Together with David South, they helped to establish and grow the company to what it is today. All have retired now, except David, who continues to lead the Group.

1984

Kent Office Acquired

Due to the company's steady and continued growth, Faithdean acquired its very own offices at The Oaks, Chatham, Kent. The office is excellently positioned and has great road links to the M2, London and Kent. This is now our head office location.
