The Heights, Weybridge – 2nd floor Category A fit out
‘The Heights’ commercial property is situated within a busy business park in Weybridge, Surrey.
The project involved a full strip-out and replacement of services with internal finishes throughout. Adjustments were made to the building’s existing services, with the installation of new M&E systems, LED lighting, suspended ceilings and raised flooring throughout. The 2nd floor was then fit out to form high-quality Category A office space ready to be let out to incoming tenants.
All works were undertaken within a partially occupied building, therefore careful consideration had to be taken to avoid any disturbances to the in-situ tenants.
