Minster Court Offices – High-end Category B fit out
Faithdean carried out the high-end Category B fit out of the 1st floor office at 2 Minster Court for a large insurance company who were relocating offices.
A new reception and broker area was formed incorporating a bespoke reception desk and broker bar. This included a 3 metre high feature wall behind the main reception desk. The feature wall was finished in Venetian polished plaster, with an in-built Rupture light fitting to provide a stunning focal point. Two new tea-point kitchens were built; one for the catering staff to provide food for guests, and another as part of a staff breakout area with a relaxing atmosphere to unwind in.
Further to this the works included the formation of glazed and plasterboard partitions to form meeting rooms, quiet pods, and a new boardroom with bespoke joinery units incorporating audiovisual systems. New ceiling tiles were installed throughout and new decorative curved and circular plasterboard ceiling rafts were formed. The existing toilets were completely stripped out and new shower rooms and toilets were provided with high specification sanitaryware, including Dyson Airblade taps.
