Redevelopment of the Silver Galleries Property, 111 New Bond Street
Faithdean undertook the construction and fit out of two luxury apartments on the upper two floors of the Silver Galleries property, the first of their kind in New Bond Street.
It entailed the complete internal reconstruction, the addition of a new floor, part façade retention and handover of the lower levels to a Blue Chip American Store, along with a dedicated entrance hall and bespoke lift car.
The construction & fitting of two luxury residential London apartments
Two duplex apartments were constructed and fitted out to the highest specification consisting of under floor heated Marble floor finishes to the bathrooms, hardwood timber flooring to living areas, silk carpet to bedrooms and full bespoke kitchens inclusive of Miele appliances.
Within the apartments, a full Creston interactive system was installed which provides full audio visual equipment, heating and lighting control at the touch of a control pad. This includes televisions throughout including aqua-vision within all wet areas.
Upon completion, the apartments were fitted out with furniture to deliver a turnkey project, ready for purchase.
