Faithdean completes the luxury commercial and residential development at 10-13 Rushworth Street, London.
The prestigious Rushworth Street development has been designed by inspiring architects Harper Downie, on behalf of Ipsus Developments Limited. The boutique development contains seven stunning apartments and two luxury penthouses.

Faithdean’s crucial role included the demolition and construction of the new building, with a high-spec fit out of the apartments and common areas.
Sustainable feature installation for the 10-13 Rushworth Street residential development
Key sustainability features were installed from the outset at Rushworth Street. These include a green roof made of flowering sedum plants, alongside solar PV panels which will provide the electricity for the common areas.
Through the use of air source heat pumps, each apartment has individually metered low-carbon heating and hot water – just one of many measures that has led to a Level-4 Code for Sustainable Homes rating (equivalent to ‘excellent’).
Each of the apartments were designed to be open plan, with each element crafted and designed with the utmost attention to detail.

These striking apartments are truly something to be proud of.
The kitchen’s components are designed entirely by Modulnova, one of the foremost Italian kitchen specialists. Modulnova are renowned for their innovative design and contemporary aesthetic.
A sensitive lighting scheme was also installed, empasising each distinct space while maintaining an integrated overall feel. Unique lighting features include subtle canned lights, recessed down lighting and LED strips for mood lighting in the living area.
