The significant refurbishment of Mocatta House at Trafalgar Place, Brighton – Creating a flexible and modern, refurbished workspace to provide stylish co-working office space for rent.
Mocatta House is part of the flagship 55,000 sq.ft Trafalgar Place development. The building has been extended from the 5th floor to provide an impressive new 6th floor office suite, complete with private roof terrace.
The new design proposal included the enlargement of the reception area and replacement of entrance doors. The works also included the removal of the lift lobby walls on all floors to increase the overall net internal office area. A new amenity block was formed in the basement to include commuter facilities, and all new M&E and lift services were installed throughout.
To complete the project, we carried out the Cat A fit out to all floors, and the bespoke Cat B fit out of the reception area. All works were completed to meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
