Complete refurbishment and fit out of Bedford Street’s commercial space
This project comprised of the total refurbishment of 8-10 Bedford Street, a Grade II listed 34,600 sq ft office building in the Covent Garden Conservation Area.
The architects Buckley Gray Yeoman have designed the changes to compliment and emphasise the many historical features of the building.
The works included the refurbishment of reception, WC’s and all common areas, including the creation of a new roof top terrace.
New contemporary open plan Cat A office floors have been created through the careful redesign of the structural frame, and full reorganisation of the floor plates.
All new mechanical and electrical systems were also installed throughout, together with a new plant and lifts.
All works were completed to meet BREEAM ‘Very good’.
