The works comprise of the Category A fit out across 4 of 8 floors including the basement, the reconfiguration of WCs and refurbishment of lifts and common parts. This included the reconfiguration of the main entrance and Category B fit out to the reception area, featuring a bespoke reception desk and European Oak wall panelling laid in a striking Chevron Pattern.
The works also involved structural alterations and the formation of a brand new private roof terrace on the 7th floor, complete with composite decking and glass balustrading benefiting from impressive views over St Paul’s Cathedral.
