Following largescale fire damage, Faithdean were appointed to complete the construction of a brand new industrial unit on the site of the former warehouse destroyed by fire. This included groundworks, piling, and the formation of a new slab with associated services, along with the construction of a new steel portal frame superstructure intended for storage and packaging, complete with office and welfare facilities and surrounding parking facilities for UCC Coffee.
The new space has been split into two uses, 1) general warehouse used mainly for storage 2) heated and hygienically clad coffee packaging area complete with ancillary accommodation including changing rooms, office space and a canteen split over two floors following the installation of a new mezzanine floor.

The new site incorporates a sustainable urban drainage system, solar panels and various other sustainability measures.
