Design & Build contract for Rockspring
Faithdean were awarded this Design & Build contract to strip out and refurbish to a Category A standard to an existing unoccupied building for Rockspring PIM.
The extensive internal and external refurbishment of a large commercial office building including the strip out and Cat A refurbishment to form new contemporary office space.

The works incorporated the creation of mixed use WC’s, new lifts and stair cores. The fit out included new primary plant to 4 floors, window refurbishment, and the complete overhaul of reception areas to include a feature glass atrium.
This was a challenging programme due to the client’s requirements. The procurement and installation of the steel for glass atrium required detailed and careful pre-planning so not to affect the programme of works.
The works were completed on budget and on programme. All works were completed to meet BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
