Refurbishment & extension of Edinburgh House, London

This project comprises of the complete overhaul and refurbishment of the existing 80,000 sq ft office building. Faithdean will construct an extension to both the third and fourth floors of Edinburgh House, as well as building a new feature atrium to the rear courtyard. Edinburgh House’s existing basement car park will also be converted to create additional lettable office space.

The newly refurbished building will benefit from an increased entry hall, improved internal circulation, increased office areas and a new café area, together with the formation of a three storey landscaped garden providing sought-after outside space.

The works also include the demolition and part rebuild third floor, Kennington Street frontage and the replacement of the existing boundary wall and fencing on Kennington Lane with stone and metal fencing.

This project is registered with the CCS (Considerate Constructors Scheme) and is required to comply with BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
