Another fantastic refurbishment completed at The Heights in Weybridge, Surrey.
The works included the Category A refurbishment to the 2nd floor ready for letting out to new tenants and the extensive Category B refurbishment to the reception area.
The reception was fit-out to a very high specification which included bespoke joinery, a feature wall with LED lighting behind the new reception desk, extensive cladding to the large elevation around the lift doors, new flooring and redecorations throughout.
The works were undertaken whilst the building was in full occupation so careful consideration had to be made to avoid any disturbances to the in-situ tenants.
