Following largescale fire damage Faithdean Plc were appointed to complete a new build 18,000sqft piled slab, steel framed portal structure.
This included general warehousing and hygienically clad food packaging areas complete with ancillary accommodation including changing rooms, office space and a canteen split over two floors.
Faithdean completed the full contaminated ground remediation works, full external redevelopment, managing and completion of all new upgraded services (Inc 400A sub-station) and the section 278 works.
