Welcome to our project information page, its purpose is to give you a regular update of what we the contractors are progressing with in regards to the refurbishment of Maple House. Regular newsletters will also be produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Proposed Works Being Undertaken:
Occupying an Island site on the east of Tottenham Court Road, the newly refurbished Maple House will offer c. 47,000 sq ft across three floors with an extensive refurbishment throughout including a remodelled reception and an extensive new central garden square complete with outdoor terracing.

Working hours:
The works on-site will take place between the following hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
- Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
- Sunday and Bank holidays, No work without prior notification and agreement with City of London
