Contracts Manager

The Role

Faithdean Plc is an experience main contractor operating in London and the South East. We are actively looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the construction team on all construction-related elements and joining an established team working on several projects in Central London.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional attitude with a particular focus on client satisfaction and project delivery, they will also need to demonstrate the tenacity to work under pressure and be at the forefront of key decision-making. This role, whilst challenging, will be as equally rewarding working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a key role within our business and will report directly to the Project Director who is responsible for making sure that construction is completed within agreed timelines, cost parameters, safety standards and to our client’s satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Relevant industry qualifications eg. BSc / MCIOB  (Both not an absolute requirement)
  • 10 years of construction experience
  • 4 years of construction management experience
