Welcome to our newsletter, its purpose is to give you a regular update of what we the contractors are getting up to with regards to the redevelopment of Wittington House. These newsletters are produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Brief Overview of the Project:
The project will include a Cat A fit-out to office areas, alongside the creation of new roof terraces on the 1st and 8th floors. The works will also involve the remodelling of the reception area, refurbishment of end-of-journey facilities, and the installation of a new UK Power Networks substation to enhance the building’s infrastructure and capacity.
Working hours:
The works on-site will take place between the following hours:
- 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
- 9am to 1pm on Saturday
