Welcome to our Newsletter, its purpose is to give you a regular update on what we the contractors are progressing with in regards to the refurbishment of The Typewriter Building. These newsletters are produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Proposed Works Being Undertaken:
The works involve the strip out of the existing office floors, the formation of an extension to the rear of the site where the current two-storey building is, extending the existing building up one floor and undertaking a full office fit-out.

Working hours:
Works on-site will take place between the following hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
- Saturday 09:00 to 13:00
- Sunday and Bank holidays, No work without prior notification and agreement with City of London.
