Faithdean Plc are very proud to have been responsible for the delivery of this highly prestigious alteration and CAT B refurbishment in the heart of St James Sq. The attention to detail and level of finish was of the highest standard, we were constantly striving to push the boundaries to produce a long-lasting quality finish for our longstanding client.
The works were undertaken within the basement, ground and 1st floor, comprising the soft strip of all existing finishes including removal of stone flooring and stone-clad columns, plasterboard ceilings, plasterboard partitions, soft floor finishes, joinery doors and frames, existing glass doors, and electrical/mechanical services. A new reception area was formed, together with meeting rooms, executive offices, toilets, and brand new entrance doors. The building had existing tenants on all floors, so careful coordination was critical to the success of this project to ensure minimal disruption to the client.
