Cat B Plug & Play Serviced Office
Faithdean carried a quality refurbishment of the building to reposition existing tenants and fit-out remaining floors to provide a bespoke, high-quality Cat B Plug & Play Serviced Office. The premises remained occupied throughout the works.
The works included the internal office refurbishment and fit-out of the ground, second, third, fourth and sixth floors, which included new glazed and solid partitions, floor finishes, exposed services, joinery and furniture, as well as the refurbishment/overhaul of the toilet cores and lift lobbies. The works also included the replacement and removal of various items of plant, together with the installation of a new office shower and bike rack facility within the basement area. In addition, there were significant improvement works to the rear courtyard to include planting and new floor finishes.
