Our project at 45 Fouberts Place has created a 14,583 sq ft development in the centre of Soho, London’s most iconic and fashionable area.
Our works comprised the design and construction of a two-storey extension and Cat A office fit out with structural alterations. The reception areas also underwent a Cat B fit out.
An internal refurbishment and adaptation of the building including new lightweight extensions at 4th and 5th floors, have created contemporary office accommodation with a 5th floor open terrace and meeting room, new roofing at all levels and a new facade to the Fouberts Place elevation.
All windows and external doors were replaced whilst new toilet blocks were provided. Internal finishes, decorations and new building services were provided throughout along with new lifts, building name signage, new incoming mains water supply ; new incoming LV supply and all associated metering and distribution and ducts for all statutory services, new access control and security systems. 45 Fouberts Place also includes new end of journey facilities in the basement incorporating 3 showers, 12 bicycle racks and 10 lockers.
With Molinare and Soho House recording studios neighbouring the site, noisy working restrictions were meticulously enforced on site contributing towards 42/45 under Considerate Constructors Scheme.
