Thirty One Alfred Place is complete. This refurbishment and alteration has completely transformed the space into a modern, flexible, and wellness-focused environment. The project involved the creation of a new accessible roof terrace, providing a perfect space for relaxation and inspiration. We also installed a new firefighting lift, relocated rooftop plant and enclosures, and added new roof lights that flood the basement with an abundance of natural light, enhancing the overall atmosphere. In addition to these exciting features, we completed a combination of Cat A and Cat B refurbishments, tailoring the office spaces to suit flexible working layouts and modern business needs. The result is a vibrant, adaptable space that fosters both productivity and wellbeing. We can’t wait to see the positive impact Thirty One Alfred Place will have on its occupants.
