Another exciting project win for Faithdean. We have secured the circa £10m refurbishment of 29-35 Rathbone Street, in London’s exclusive W1 postcode.

The project involves a full building adaptation and renovation. This will involve the removal of existing floor slabs, changing of levels and piling.

The building will undertake a full refurbishment with all areas being adapted and reconstructed to provide a newly formed and functional future proofed building. The building will be utilised as office space with the provision of a restaurant area to cater for the occupants of the building. The basement will be adapted and reformed to provide an open plan gym space with showering facilities and ample bike storage space to comply with current changes in methods for traveling to work.

This includes the extensive shell and core alteration to the existing building and new build extension to the basement, ground, first and second floors, creating a basement and ground floor shell ready for fit-out by incoming tenants and the complete fit-out of office space to the upper floors to a high standard.

The site is also registered with the CCS (Considerate Constructors Scheme) and is subject to the Westminster Code of Construction Practice – Level 2.
