The works at Dolphin Park include the full strip of existing cladding & asbestos roof, adaptions to the existing frame and recladding with an A1 rated built-up cladding & roofing system.
A new internal mezzanine will be added to provide office accommodation, whilst the site will be further supported with new a site entrance and parking arrangements.
