Faithdean MEP are delighted to have been appointed to carry out the MEP services upgrade at Watling House, 33 Cannon St, London, EC4M 5SB.
The building comprises a central communal core, three floors of office space, and a basement area. Our scope of work includes:
▪️ Supply and extract air volume adjustments on main ducts serving each office floor
▪️ Refurbishment of existing plenum boxes, grille diffusers, and linear slot grilles
▪️ Modifications to drainage stacks for FCU condensate connections
▪️ Integration with building monitoring and management systems
▪️ Upgrade of tenant distribution boards serving Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
▪️ Replacement of all floor-mounted fused connection units for FCUs
▪️ Enhancement of the fire detection and alarm system
▪️ Upgrade of lighting systems throughout the space
