We are thrilled to have started work at the old Fenwick store on New Bond Street to create over 50,000 sq ft of truly world class retail space and over 172,000 sq ft of best-in-class offices for our client Lazari Investments.
The extensive works involve alterations and extensions of the existing buildings, including partial demolition, retention and retrofit to provide a building with basement, ground and ten upper floors.
Targeting BREEAM Outstanding, this highly sustainable scheme is retaining around 50% of the existing structure and 75% of the historic facades and will feature a green roof and photovoltaics.
