We are incredibly proud to unveil Workspace’s first net-zero carbon building which is located in the heart of Islington. Originally constructed in the 1930s as a watchmaker’s factory, Leroy House has now been transformed into 60,000 sq. ft. of vibrant, modern workspace that supports over 100 small businesses. With spacious studios and offices and an on-site café, this project marks a significant milestone for Workspace, seamlessly blending sustainability, heritage, and cutting-edge design. It’s an example of how we’re reimagining historic buildings to meet the needs of today’s businesses while reducing our environmental impact.
