Following the successful completion of the initial first phase enabling works at Leroy House, we are delighted to have been appointed for the second phase of main works incorporating the RC frame extension, brickwork cladding, curtain walling and the extensive refurbishment of the existing building including a new 5th-floor level extension and high-level finishes throughout including breakout café space to the ground floor.
