Our recently completed project at Ladymead Retail Park has created a 20,160 sqft space for a new Marks & Spencer on behalf of Tritax Group and Delancey.
Units 3A & 3B were amalgamated and completely transformed with new terracotta rainscreen cladding with new Kingspan mansard, contemporary feature canopies, glazed curtain walling, wrap around hardstandings, a new scissor lift pit and loading areas. Whilst internally an existing mezzanine was reconfigured to better suit M&S’s requirements.
