Faithdean Plc are very proud to have been involved in the refurbishment of SEGRO’s first carbon neutral industrial unit in the UK.
New solar panels and high efficiency M&E services that included a rainwater harvesting system were installed to the property alongside a new landscaping scheme which improved the sites usability and biodiversity.
This achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating and resulted in a unit that generates more energy than it consumes whilst creating a highly attractive and sustainable workspace for future users.
