We are delighted to announce that we have secured the significant circa £15m refurbishment of Edinburgh House, London.
The works comprise of the complete overhaul and refurbishment of the existing 80,000 sq.ft office building, the construction of an extension to both the third and fourth floors, the creation of a new feature atrium to the rear yard and the conversion of the existing basement car park to create additional lettable offices.
This project is registered with the CCS (Considerate Constructors Scheme) aiming to improve the image of construction.
