Faithdean have achieved an outstanding 44/50 for its latest Considerate Constructors Score at 80 Clerkenwell Road, London.
Well done to the project team and all involved at the Clerkenwell project, with a special thanks to Matt Mulligan.
The site continues to present well externally having recently been re-painted with an excellent display of information for the public with company signage, CCS posters and banners.
The inspector was particularly impressed with the improvements on site having gone from a good score of 30/50 to an exceptional 44/50 saying:
“Much has been done since my first visit and the site team have made considerable efforts to more than comply with the scheme to make this an exceptional Considerate Constructor – well done.”
We are delighted to have achieved another fantastic CCS score, and will continue to work hard to maintain and exceed these standards.
