Faithdean Plc are delighted to announce the completion of 29 Buckingham Gate.
A particular complex scheme which involved the retention of the existing façade on Buckingham Gate and total demolition of the remaining existing structure. We then created the new structure and façade forming a new basement with office space and cycle facilities. A new reception space on the ground floor was formed with a ‘floating’ staircase connecting the basement to first floor together with a double height gallery space from second to third floors. This featured a spiral staircase, with external terrace areas on ground, first and third floors.
The works also included the integration of a new lift serving basement to second and a bespoke roof plant enclosure designed to mimic a slate mansard roof. The works have transformed the space into a 10,700 ft² prime office space with advantageous meeting, gallery and amenity spaces both internally and externally in the heart of Westminster.
Faithdean are proud to build upon existing strong relationships and to have worked with Buckley Gray Yeoman, Price & Myers, GDM, Buro Four and Gardiner & Theobald LLP to bring this project to successful conclusion.
