Very pleased to announce the completion of our turn-key project at 22 Baker Street for Lazari Investments & Forsters LLP. Lots of hard work from the team including Album Consulting Limited, CBRE, chapmanbdsp, GLP Partnership, Hambury Hird Design Limited, MarksBarfield Architects, MiX Consultancy Ltd, Sheppard Robson, The Morton Partnership Ltd, The Landscape Partnership, 5plus architects and the whole Faithdean team.
The circa 105,000 sq.ft refurbishment was delivered to BREEAM “Excellent” and incorporates WELL Institute design principles and biophilic design.
Works to the existing building included the installation of additional stairs, to encourage active healthy working, refurbishment and Cat A fit-out, together with Tenants Cat B fit-out to basement, lower ground, ground and four upper levels. Outdoor workspace was created by refurbishing an existing terrace at third floor level.
