Proposed Works Being Undertaken:

The demolition of the existing fourth-floor roof structures and erection of a two-storey roof extension to create new fourth and fifth-floor levels (including plant and roof terraces) to enlarge the existing office building. This includes alterations to the front of the building (western facade) together with the installation of new windows throughout and associated alterations.
