Welcome to our Newsletter, its purpose is to give you a regular update of what we the contractors are progressing with in regards to the refurbishment of Unit 5, Dolphin Park. These newsletters are produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Brief Overview of the Project:
Modernisation and improvement works to include:
- Replacing the warehouse roof covering. 15% rooflights
- Replacement of the wall cladding.
- Upgrading the thermal performance of the building to achieve an EPC B rating.
- Achieve a BREEAM very good rating
- Provision of office and sanitary accommodation commensurate with the size of the building. The intention is to build a mezzanine off the existing slab and make use of a portion of the
- warehouse to add much needed welfare and office facilities.
- Improve the rainwater drainage off the building to cope with modern rainfall rates and the faster run off.
- Refurbishment of the warehouse floor. Diamond grind, resin coating or screed.
- Create a new entrance and car parking along the Dolphin Road elevation.
- Repairs to the existing yard. Palisade fencing to the perimeter along with improvements to site-wide storm drainage.
Working hours:
The works on-site will take place between the following hours:
- 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
- 8am to 1pm on Saturday
