Welcome to our Newsletter, its purpose is to give you a regular update of what we the contractors are progressing with in regards to the refurbishment of 20 Gresham Street, London EC2. These newsletters are produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Brief Overview of the Project:
The project involves a two-phase process, starting with the complete strip-out of the 5th and 4th floors, followed by the installation of new services, ceilings, and raised floors. Additionally, the toilet cores on levels 3, 4, and 5 will be refurbished. The reception area will undergo significant changes, including a new ceiling, a feature staircase leading to the basement, and a new reception desk and seating. The basement will be renovated to create new showers, changing rooms, and cycle storage, while minor adaptations will be made to the loading bay.
Working hours:
The works on-site will take place between the following hours:
- 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
- 9am to 2pm on Saturday
