Welcome to our Newsletter, its purpose is to give you a regular update of what we the contractors are progressing with in regards to the refurbishment of 114 Chancery Lane.  These newsletters are produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Brief Overview of the Project:

The project involves the comprehensive restoration and refurbishment of an 18,815 sq.ft Grade II listed building, which was severely damaged by fire, for the Law Society. The scope of work includes a sensitive restoration of the undamaged areas while completely modernising the fire-affected sections. This will entail replacing the structural floors on levels 4 and 5 and rebuilding the mansard roof. Additionally, the office spaces will be refurbished to a high-quality Cat A standard. The lower ground floor will be reconfigured to provide new office space, plant rooms, cycle storage, and shower facilities. The aim of the project is to restore the building to its former glory, preserving its heritage while adapting it for modern use.

Working hours:

The works on-site will take place between the following hours:

  • 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 1pm on Saturday
