Welcome to our newsletter, its purpose is to give you a regular update of what we the contractors are getting up to with regards to the redevelopment of 105 New Bond Street. These newsletters are produced on a monthly basis to let you know what is going on and how it may affect you during the project.

Brief Overview of the Project:
The project retains the New Bond Street façade while completely redeveloping the building behind it to create multiple levels of flagship retail and significantly expanded, modern office space with terraces. It also introduces a new contemporary elevation to Haunch of Venison Yard and the potential for improved connections through to the rear courtyard.
Working hours:
The works on-site will take place between the following hours:
- 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
- 9am to 1pm on Saturday
